Ma Ligne C est une application innovante permettant à l’utilisateur d’obtenir des informations personnalisées à son trajet sur la ligne C du réseau SNCF-Transilien. En effet, cette application a été construite autour d’un trajet et non d’une ligne au global. L’utilisateur pourra ainsi y trouver l’information pertinente sur les travaux en cours ou à venir sur son trajet et les bus de substitutions mis en place le cas échéant. Un système d’alerte permettra également de prévenir l’utilisateur d’une éventuelle perturbation sur son trajet afin qu’il puisse au mieux anticiper son déplacement.

APPLI Ma Ligne C – un projet en co-construction
SNCF-Transilien mène actuellement d’importants travaux visant à moderniser l’ensemble du réseau ferroviaire d’Ile-de-France. Dans ce contexte, le RER C est très fortement touché puisque de nombreux travaux sont prévus sur l’ensemble de la ligne en 2017 ! SNCF-Transilien souhaite donc mette en place une application visant à améliorer la vie des clients en Ile-de-France en les informant de manière personnalisée sur les travaux et perturbations impactant leurs trajets.
SNCF-Transilien souhaite impliquer un maximum les utilisateurs pour co-construire avec eux cet outil qui doit faciliter leurs déplacements au quotidien. Une étude client nous permettra de recueillir l’avis des usagers fréquents de la ligne C par rapport à cette application, et la faire ainsi évoluer en fonction des retours.

• Un calendrier pour identifier les travaux prévus sur une date donnée.

My Line C is an innovative application that allows the user to get personalized information on its journey on line C-Transilien SNCF network. Indeed, this application was built around a path, not a line overall. The user will be able to find relevant information on the current work and future in its path and bus substitutions in place if necessary. An alert system will also alert the user of a possible disturbance in its path so that it can best anticipate its movement.

APP My Line C - a joint construction project
SNCF-Transilien is conducting extensive work to modernize the entire railway network in the Ile-de-France. In this context, the RER C is strongly affected since many works are planned across the line in 2017! SNCF-Transilien therefore wish to put in place an application to improve the lives of customers in Ile-de-France informing them individually on the work and disruptions impacting their journeys.
SNCF-Transilien wants to involve a maximum users to co-build with them this tool to facilitate their daily journey. A customer study will allow us to obtain the views of frequent users of the line C with respect to this application, and do so evolve based on feedback.
